Backgroun : Gestational hypertension can occur in primigravida mothers which can cause complications for the mother and baby including placental abruption, premature birth and even cause maternal or fetal death. In addition, primigravida mothers have a high risk of rupture of the birth canal either due to direct or indirect injury that causes vulvar hematoma. Data for 2020 at Cibabat Hospital, Cimahi City, the incidence of gestational hypertension was 2 cases or 0.17% and vulvar hematoma was 4 cases or 0.34% of 1,157 vaginal deliveries. Destination : Providing Nursing Care to Spontaneous Post Partum Ny.S with Gestational Hypertension and Vulvar Hematoma in the Postpartum Room, Building C 4th Floor, Cibabat Hospital, Cimahi City. Method : The writing of this scientific paper is descriptive with a nursing process approach. Sources of information were obtained by interviewing, participatory observation, literature study, documentation study and physical examination. Case management lasted for five days. Result : Nursing problems that are enforced and resolved according to the target are impaired skin integrity, ineffective breastfeeding, achievement of parenting roles, and self-care deficits. Meanwhile, acute pain and knowledge deficit have not been resolved so that the intervention is continued by a home visit to solve nursing problems that have not been resolved. Conclution : The main nursing problem in this case is acute pain. After four days of nursing action, the problem was resolved.
